Finance and Resources

We have a dedicated Finance and Resources Committee. The committee is chaired by an experienced Governor who is Head of Commercial Developments and Projects for Medway Community Health and another who is a Chartered Surveyor. Both have attended Governor Training in Financial Monitoring and have proven an asset to the Finance and Resources Committee.

 The Committee meets at least three times a year to monitor, plan and review the budget, considering and challenging the recommendations of the Headteacher.
