The Christian Vision of our school

Learning to live! Living to Learn!

Inspired by our founder Mary Gibbon, we are a welcoming, nurturing community, providing the opportunity for each person to recognise and fulfil their God given gifts and abilities. Through a creative, inclusive curriculum, we inspire all to be lifelong learners, equipped with the skills needed to be thankful, generous members of society.

Our children created our vision mural on the launch of Happy Hartlip Day! This day, once a term enriches our curriculum. Our focus in term one was creativity. Each child made a sheep from mosaics. This symbolises that we are all unique, we are all different, we all belong and we are all of equal importance. No one is allowed to be lost or stray from the fold.

The stepping stones symbolise the journey that we are all on together in school. It is directed by our School Christian Values. The vibrant colours express how everyone is supported to thrive in our school community.

All children contributed to the mural. It was painted with finger prints.
