As a Church of England Primary School, there is a Supplementary Information Form prospective parents may like to complete and submit directly to the school. This is not an alternative to the Local Authority forms which must be completed.
The Supplementary Information Form has been amended in the light of the current Covid 19 Pandemic and is subject to confirmation by the OSA.
